Contact Us

Question about a quote, an unusual Mac, or anything else? Send a message and a human replies within 2 working hours, 7 days a week, the same promise we make on every quote. If you're ready to sell, the fastest route is the quote form: it gives you a fixed price by email, with free insured postage and payment within 24 hours of inspection.

Not sure we buy your device, or whether a fault is worth selling? We buy working and broken MacBooks, MacBook Pros, MacBook Airs, desktops and more. See how it works, or find your location. We can't buy iCloud-locked devices, but almost everything else has a price.

What to include so the first reply is the useful one

Most enquiries take one email instead of three if the message names the machine precisely. Four details cover almost everything:

  • Model and chip — “14-inch MacBook Pro, M3 Pro” rather than “a MacBook Pro”. Chip matters more to the price than the year does.
  • RAM and storage — upgrades are soldered on Apple Silicon, so they permanently change what a machine is worth.
  • Condition, honestly — dents, scratches, a battery flagged “Service Recommended”. Declaring a fault up front protects your price; it is undisclosed damage found at inspection that leads to a revised offer. See how we grade.
  • The fault, if there is one — we buy broken Macs, and the specific symptom (won't power on, cracked panel, liquid contact) sets the figure.

Two things worth checking before you write

Is it Apple Silicon? We buy M1- generation Macs and newer, from 2020 onward, working or broken. If yours is an Intel machine we cannot make you an offer, but our Intel MacBook value guide sets out what it is realistically worth and where to sell it. That page is a guide, not an offer, and it says so.

Is Find My switched off? An iCloud-locked Mac cannot be resold by anyone, so we cannot buy one. Signing out of Find My before you post takes a minute and avoids the single most common reason a sale stalls at inspection.

Answers to the questions we are asked most — payment timing, data erasure, what happens if an offer is revised — are on the FAQ, and packing and postage are covered in the shipping guide.
